The conference registration fee must be paid in EUROS through wire transfer or credit card. One full fee registration allows a maximum of 2 accepted papers. For the second paper an extra 150 Euros fee will be charged.<\/p><p>Authors registration date: <a href=\"https:\/\/controlo2022.apca.pt\/index.php\/important-dates\/\">please check important dates here<\/a>.<\/p><p>To apply for a Student fee the following documentation is required: copy of the student card or formal letterhead documentation with supervisor name.<\/p><p>To apply for a APCA\/Partner fee, proof of the up-to-date membership is required. The Partner institutions are:<\/p><ul><li>IFAC (International Federation of Automatic Control)<\/li><li>CEA (Comit\u00e9 Espa\u00f1ol de Autom\u00e1tica);<\/li><li>SBA (Sociedade Brasileira de Autom\u00e1tica);<\/li><li>SPR (Sociedade Portuguesa de Rob\u00f3tica);<\/li><li>SPEE (Sociedade Portuguesa de para a Educa\u00e7\u00e3o em Engenharia);<\/li><li>ISA Portugal Section.<\/li><\/ul><h4>A full or student registration fee includes:<\/h4><ul><li>Attendance to all conference sessions;<\/li><li>Full set of conference materials;<\/li><li>Lunches and coffee-breaks;<\/li><li>Welcome reception.<\/li><\/ul><h4>A full registration fee also includes:<\/h4><ul><li>Gala dinner.<\/li><\/ul><h4>Accompanying person registration fee includes:<\/h4><ul><li>Welcome reception;<\/li><li>Gala dinner.<\/li><\/ul><h4><strong>Liability and Insurance<\/strong><\/h4><p>Conference fee does not include insurance of any kind.
